Commercial Lands are strategically located parcels across EAPES Island, designed to support a wide range of business, hospitality, entertainment, and service activities. Potential uses may include retail stores, restaurants, bars, offices, boutique hotels, major resorts, marinas, Banana Marketplaces, transportation services, logistics hubs, event venues, entertainment centers, casinos or gaming destinations where permitted, and retreat centers near areas such as Gorilla Reserve.

Each parcel will have its own location, size, access profile, and development potential. Depending on the final zoning, infrastructure, seasonal rules, and the owner’s level of activity, Commercial Lands may provide opportunities to operate businesses, offer services, lease spaces, participate in the Island economy, and potentially generate revenue.
